For long-term tenants (28 days or more), we have prepared special reduced prices that do not take into account the consumption of water and electricity. Pay for rental apartments at a special reduced price, and services according to actual consumption.

Long term tenants can easy save money when stay with us, because we use expensive, but 10 times more efficient LED lights. There are 60 lights in the apartment, so 3kW of power with common 50W lights and 300W only with our LED lights.

The rates include

Accommodation of 4 adults per unit and 2 more guests can stay free of charge on sofa bed, foldable beds or netlike sun beds.

Booking condition

Check-in time is 15 hours, check-out is 11 hours, every half-day stay is considered complete.
Reservation is confirmed only after making an advance payment for the order when booking - by credit card, bank transfer, cash.

Payment procedure (by credit card, bank transfer, cash baht, dollars or euros):

Rent up to 3 nights, inclusive:
Pay 100% of the order when booking and before receiving the keys to the apartments
Rent less than 90 nights:
Pay 50% of the order when booking and 100% of the order before 11:00 am the next day after the date of arrival
Rent 90 nights or more:
Pay the cost of 2 months of rent (Last month + Security deposit) when booking and then monthly, on the day of arrival and on the 1st day of each following month (except the Last month)

Refundable damage/security deposit on or before check-in

For long term tenants:	10 000 THB
For rentals over 3 months:	Equal to 1 month of rent

* Refund of rent in case of non-arrival or early departure of the client is not made regardless of the reasons.
